  Having found someone with good reviews l was disappointed with the job carried out, It was agreed a large tree was cut back, There was no uniformity in the branches left, with twigs and a few leaves hanging a hedge was to be cut back to the fence, hidden in the hedge was a wheel barrow and this is where they decided to stop. I asked if a Nut tree could be cut back Incurring a further£150 very little was removed, l did not get a written quote for the work to be carried out. A problem at the bank meant l had to pay £900 with £450 to follow. I had a unnecessary visit from Joe to find out why.

  Windows were too small excessive sealant used, messy and unsightly, damaged my broadband connection, company unhelpful, Gary Warby walked off premises when faced with a number of complaints, he was not prepared to listen and believes he knows more about my property than my family, causing my son to get annoyed and Gary to walk away like a child,he believed the heated argument between him and my son was threatening. They will not return to correct the disgusting mess around the windows and it was of a good standard of installation.L disagree, they would rather return my deposite and walk away
