  This is not a plumber.

  I appointed this company for plumbing works on a commercial project. Despite receiving drawings and clear instructions that all pipework had to be concealed, several pipes were installed surface-mounted and had to be removed and reinstalled correctly, causing delays to the project. When commissioning the water heater, there was no hot water. The plumber blamed the water heater and claimed an electrical fault. The contractor left the job incomplete I had to appoint another plumber, who quickly identified the real issue: the hot and cold water pipes had been incorrectly connected.

  Work carried out very badly. No knowledge about what they should do. Very bad finishes throughout, rough finishes, stain, bubbling. Etc (plenty of photos taken to proof that). Team unprofessional and the owner Toopa very rude who never respected time scale and tried to rule the site despite he was only a sub-contractor. Also, they never provide the completion statement as required from us, they sent the final invoice before complete the job. Don't call this guys, they don't deserve to get more job around. We will take them in court 100%
