They failed to deliver tiles on the Next day delivery. They have never give me a notice that they will not deliver on time. I had to chase them to understand why. They said there were out of stock. I then agreed on different tiles to be delivered, and they said they can not do not it next day, it had to take another two days for delivering the tiles. They again failed to deliver without a notice. I requested cancelation and bought tiles. Same tiles cheaper price. They charged me £35/sqm for the same tiles that they never delivered after a week.Verified reviewerJob location: E5
