They failed to deliver tiles on the Next day delivery.
They failed to deliver tiles on the Next day delivery. They have never give me a notice that they will not deliver on time. I had to chase them to understand why. They said there were out of stock. I then agreed on different tiles to be delivered, and they said they can not do not it next day, it had to take another two days for delivering the tiles. They again failed to deliver without a notice. I requested cancelation and bought tiles. Same tiles cheaper price. They charged me £35/sqm for the same tiles that they never delivered after a week.

Boiler repair
Ben came today. Friendly, polite and helpful. Arrived on time and completed the work within 1 hour. Excellent service and would recommend them highly. Thank you.

New boiler installation including programmer
Victoria Plumbing Ltd carries out the installation of the new boiler with an exceptionally high quality level of service. Communication was superb, the team very professional and they installed the boiler a lot quicker than I thought they would. Even their pricing was very very competitive. Can’t fault VP Ltd and would recommend to anyone. VP Ltd will always be my first choice and “go to” company for all future plumbing and boiler needs.
