  Jake responded on the same day as I posted the job, and undertook it the following day. He was very courteous and clear with the quote and pricing. His timekeeping was great, he and his colleague arrived exactly when he had said they would, and carried out the work efficiently. Would definitely recommend and use again.

  Chimney repair did not stop leak, just made it worse after multiple attempts.

  We contacted MC&R to repair a leaking chimney. The first repair did not hold following the next heavy rain. After many calls, MC&R eventually returned, however the repair once again did not last the next heavy rains. MC&R eventually returned and attempted another repair, informing us this was a temporary fix to see if it addressed the issue, and that if it did not hold, another solution would be attempted. It held during light summer rains, however, as soon as heavy rains returned so too did the the leak. MC&R did not respond to further calls or voicemail, leaving the leak unrepaired.
