  Tree cutting down and killing off tree and removal of branches

  Dan came to cut down tree and helped to accommodate this given the various other works we had and his vehicle not working. However not sure if he did anything to kill off tree. Communication was unclear. Tree branches were not removed as they had problems with their vehicle so they would come back another time. After chasing continuously, we were then told they had some personal reasons and so would come back at a later date. Eventually I was then told this would be an additional charge. For future clients ensure the works are clearly documented and not just over the phone.

  Moving various furniture

  Excellent work again by Gabriel. Moved various heavy furniture such as American fridge freezer, wardrobes from various places throughout the property. Organised efficient and polite. He was very careful with all the items being moved. Also put up some coat hanger and curtain poles. Highly recommend and would use again.

  EICR and remediation works and other

  Excellent work by Terry. Carried out EICR and remediation work. Also replaced lights electric bib and fan hood. Quality of work was very good. Excellent communication throughout. I have used Terry before and would use again and would recommend.
