    Emergency plumbing needed to deal with a shower issue. Issue was resolved pending new parts and the shower was made safely usable in the meantime, with clear information and help provided throughout. The plumber identified the issue quickly and gave practical demonstrations of what to do, and tested it several times to make sure the solution would work. Good, quick and professional service - recommended and would use again. Reasonable and fairly priced.

    Really good service from Heat in London - the work was completed quickly and all of the steps involved were clearly explained, as well as potential next steps if anything else was needed.
