  Don’t let tradespeople take advantage of your ignorance!

  They were first to contact me and charges were low, so I arranged for them to come. They tried cleaning the end of the drain that wasn’t blocked, then pushed a tool into the blocked drain. Then he explained to us that it was serious and that a metal pipe in concrete had broken causing foul smelling block. It would need a team digging up concrete and fixing a new PVC drain, costing £3,500.00 to remedy. They offered to come the next day, but my wife tried another local drain service she knows. They cleared the grease within 15 minutes by suction, charging less than £100.
