Friendly and quick service
We called first choice drains out as our drain in the garden was overflowing. They had an engineer with me within the hour who solved our issue and advised us on preventative measures for the future. Proffessional friendly service.
2 engineers came to look at my blocked drain. Communication from start to finish was excellent and kept me in the loop throughout with there findings. Highly recommended
I had problems with a blocked toilet, Chad from First Choice Drains was at my property within the hour. They sorted the blockage and also flushed through the drainage pipes to make sure it was totally clear. They also put a camera through the pipes to check for any other issues which were found. Don’t let tradespeople take advantage of your ignorance!
They were first to contact me and charges were low, so I arranged for them to come. They tried cleaning the end of the drain that wasn’t blocked, then pushed a tool into the blocked drain. Then he explained to us that it was serious and that a metal pipe in concrete had broken causing foul smelling block. It would need a team digging up concrete and fixing a new PVC drain, costing £3,500.00 to remedy. They offered to come the next day, but my wife tried another local drain service she knows.
