Don’t let tradespeople take advantage of your ignorance!
They were first to contact me and charges were low, so I arranged for them to come. They tried cleaning the end of the drain that wasn’t blocked, then pushed a tool into the blocked drain. Then he explained to us that it was serious and that a metal pipe in concrete had broken causing foul smelling block. It would need a team digging up concrete and fixing a new PVC drain, costing £3,500.00 to remedy. They offered to come the next day, but my wife tried another local drain service she knows. Unblocking drain outside kitchen

Unblock drains. CCTV inspection and minor descaling.
Spot on. Instant phone call to arrange, good comms throughout. Nice guys who explained everything and more importantly solved the issue. Honestly can’t really comment on pricing as I didn’t get a quote from anyone else but seemed about right based on chat GPT.
