  Had Mike re-board my loft and fit a new hatch an ladder. Mike came round to do the estimate and I immediately felt comfortable. He checked what I wanted and non of it was a problem, non of the hissing though teeth from some people. Soon as I gave the ok on the estimate was informed that as soon as there was a break in the nice weather where they couldn't do any roofing they would be round and exactly what happened. Happy to leave them with a set of keys whilst I was at work and each evening everywhere was left clean and tidy.
