  Large project for new flooring in 9 communal areas for residential blocks of flats

  Mehrab and team were very diligent and worked hard to complete the project in good time. They installed a mix of lvt hard wearing flooring on the ground floors along with safety flooring on the stairs and upper floors. If we needed some extra work for certain areas, Mehrab was very helpful and made sure that extra work was carried out with no quibbles. Also kept us up to date at all times so that we were aware of the progress and upcoming schedule. Very good firm and I would recommend them for sure.

  Leaking flashing on a three story block of flats.

  Ahmed came out fast on the weekend and by Monday the scaffold was set and ready for work. Job completed and the leak appears to have stopped (although we've not had a proper storm to test yet). The thing I appreciated is that Ahmed explained the work he was planning, as well as carried out some gutter clearance further up the roof with no quibbles when I asked. This is something that a lot of people would not bother to do these days. One thing to note - replacement tiles could have been a better match but not too big an issue for this job. I would recommend them if you're in an emergency!

  Washing machine unexpectedly packed up on a Friday night. Put the job on checkatrade at 1am. By 10am John has reached out and booked us in. Repaired within a couple of hours. Reasonably priced. Great communication. Outstanding
