  Lewis kept us completely up to date with arrival times when he was unable to make the original time we had set. He arrived on time, was polite, friendly and promptly got on with removing our rubbish and then offered to sweep up the mess that had been left on our patio. We were extremely pleased with his service.

  Greenhouse Construction

  Really pleased with the job — thank you! The greenhouse is up and looks great, and you clearly know what you’re doing. You got it built efficiently and worked through what is quite a tricky kit, which I really appreciated as I’d struggled with it myself. It’s made such a difference having it properly put together. I’m really happy with it and grateful for your help — it’s a big job ticked off the list!

  Plans required for side extension

  Cannot recommend Simple Build enough. Our building inspector insisted on us using a structural engineer for our footings. Younus was able to complete our plan drawings within a couple of days. And he went the extra for us when our builder had misread the original plans and was able to issue us with revised drawings within 24 hours so our inspector would pass the footings so we could get our concrete poured. Younus was very professional, friendly and extremely helpful.
