  Ko Cleaning had accepted the job and... Did Not come to do it! Why accepting the job , then?

  First, KO cleaning texted me apologizing that could not come on the agreed date as it was an accidental double booking. Then, a new date was agreed and... KO Cleaning simply did not come... no explanation given. Very Disappointing and very unreliable, especially when I had to take the off work for this job to be done!
