  Lawrence was quick to respond to me and offer an appointment for the work I needed doing. From the first contact he was friendly, helpful and professional. He was even able to fit in an additional job whilst he was here and fix a broken window hinge in addition to changing the locks. Fantastic service with a very reasonable price, would definitely recommend
