• Replacement of uPVC door lock mechanism

  Arrived within agreed time frame. Door was jammed in locked position so had to force open. Lock was very old so Lawrence and his apprentice had to modify the door and frame slightly to enable fitment of a newer model. All done with no fuss, no mess and reasonable cost. It always helps when tradespeople are friendly and professional, and Metro24 are both. Highly recommended.

  The company got back to me straight away after leaving details on checkatrade .I explained I needed the locks doing asap , they have me a quote and as soon as I accepted they booked me in . They gave me a time slot and the gentleman arrived on time,.He was very polite and cleaned up afterwards.

  Lawrence came out and at first seemed pleasant. We soon realised that they were not fully conversant with the systems they sold us. Errors started and never stopped. They adjusted many settings on the recorders. We have had to get them back out on numerous occasions and they did so as I hadn't paid their invoice and now they blame the users! Both properties have been burgled since the cameras were fitted and no data collected as they failed. We have not changed any setting on the main units, yet they blame us for the flickering images and dead data days...AVOID THIS COMPANY!  0/10
