  Garden redone

  Klejdi and his team have been a pleasure to work with. They were asked to redo my garden fencing and put together a new shed. Although complications arose during the process the team kept me updated throughout and always came up with solutions for the best results.   Replacing a shower thermostat part

  I used this company twice. The first time, a gas engineer provided excellent service. The second time, a plumber misled me into paying a £350 flat fee instead of the advertised hourly rate, claiming the job would take many hours. I also prepaid for a part he ordered to his own address. The work took just one hour. My complaint was dismissed, and the company avoided clear answers. They are not part of an ombudsman scheme, and I’ve escalated the issue. I would not recommend them.

  Radiator removal

  Great experience! Customer service very helpful, Neil was very friendly and professional. He was here within the allocated slot and he completed the job within half an hour. He also helped to take the radiator down. Will definitely recommend this company
