  Superb planning, communication and service

  From first contact to last. Danny (calmness itself in the chaos) and the team worked tirelessly over 3 days to reduce 70 years of accumulated memories into a van full of neatly packed boxes. We took the packaging, removal and disposal options available and all work was carried out in a friendly, patient and professional manner with complete understanding of our needs. If ever our spirits flagged Daniela in the office was on hand to reassure and advise with care and sensitivity. All together an exceptional team. I cannot recommend Coles highly enough.

  Remove stuck drain gully cover and unblock drain below.

  Arrived on time to give quote for replacement of gully cover and unblock drain as water from washing machine and sink was backing up into sink. Gary quickly managed to loosen and unscrew drain cover (not possible according to a plumber) and on the spot continued to clear the blockage and refix cover. Leaving all clean, tidy and smelling much fresher. All was done in a friendly and confident manner at a fair price and would definitely recommend.

  Fitting new door handles,hinges and latches to 4 doors and making good.

  Great work from start to finish of job, which was completed within a few days of placing advert. Reece was pleasant and enthusiastic at all times even when faced with unforeseen difficulties. Left areas clean and tidy when finished and work carried out to a high standard. Couldn't have asked for more. Would defenitely recommend.
