  Diagnosed cistern leak, replaced cross-threaded fill valve and new isolating valve.

  Mr Salvatore was excellent from start to finish. He arrived exactly on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and completed the repair in around 90 minutes with no disruption to the household. He was honest and transparent about the work required and the parts that needed replacing, with great communication throughout. Professional, reliable, and clearly takes pride in his work. We were all very impressed with the quality of the repair and would not hesitate to use him again. Highly recommended.
