  New kitchen, new WC and flooring throughout the groundfloor

  James and his Clear Cut Carpentry team have once again done an incredible job. This is the 4th job they have done in our house. They are well priced, punctual, polite aswell as being very talented. We are delighted with their work. Any issues that cropped up were solved, and on numerous occasions James worked late or came in at the weekend to make sure they finished on time.

  To build a large storage unit for our lounge.

  James and his team built our second storage unit in our front lounge. We are delighted with it. It has transformed the room. James was punctual and reliable as usual. The job was done efficiently and to a very high standard. Our unit is 4 metres wide and 2.5 metres high. It took two weeks from start to finish. I highly recommend James for all carpentry and building work. His work is to a very high standard and his prices are reasonable.

  Building of bespoke storage unit for our lounge.

  I hired James to create a bespoke storage unit for our lounge after we had our chimneys removed. He did a great job. He is a true professional and we are delighted with our new storage area. It has completely transformed the room. James is due back in a few weeks to create another storage area for another room in our house. Highly recommended.

  BBQ cleaning

  Harry has done a great job maintaining my BBQ over the last few years. He gives it a full clean at the beginning of the season each year. It looks like new every time, and has extended its life by many many years. Highly recommended!

  New kitchen and bathroom flooring

  Conor was fantastic!!!! Originally I called him to relay my kitchen and bathroom flooring, because it had started to rise and we didn’t know why. He discovered that an old pipe within the concrete base had rusted and expanded, making the floor uneven. Conor dug around the pipe and levelled the floor correctly. He was also very professional in keeping my tenants calm and informing me on a daily basis on how he was getting on. I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking to improve their home.

  Fake grass and new fencing and a new driveway

  Excellent!!!! John and his team worked non stop to get my two jobs done to the highest standard. They started in the garden by preparing the back of the garden for new fake grass, with new fencing, before moving onto the driveway. We are delighted with both jobs. The garden feels much bigger and the driveway looks immaculate.
