  Danny was very responsive and helpful, gave advice on how to solve the issue before accepting the work and, because I was not able to be there to see the finished work in person, sent me a video showing that the work had been completed.

  Repair of broken night latch

  Adam resolved a broken night latch. He replied promptly to my initial enquiry and arrived exactly when he said he would. This was work for my tenant that I haven’t seen myself (all discussed over the phone) so I haven’t commented on workmanship etc, but the tenant seemed very happy.

  Costa is a busy man so it can take a little time to get a quote / time slot to do work, but bear with him because my experience is that he started and finished when he said he would, completed the work to a high standard and was good value for money.
