  Renewal of conservatory roof. Remove polycarbonate roof and install timber/glass-fibre roofing.

  Punctual with very high standards in work ethic and excellent follow-through each day. A complicated job integrating bungalow roof with renewed conservatory roof. Clarity throughout regards progress. Quality materials used in a professional manner, achieving high standards of finish with timber construct and 3-layer felt/fibre-glass/mineral capping, new UPVC fascia, guttering, and down-pipe, and re-instated bungalow tiles. Maintained a high standard daily on project management, tidiness, and minimal intrusion. A tradesman of experience, with a highly effective personable team.

  Replacing cement between tiles and fascias and replacing broken tiles

  Costa is a very busy man but he took the time to fit me in before Christmas, which was much appreciated. His guys were friendly, did a great job, tidied up afterwards and all for a very reasonable price. I would always recommend CJS Roofing

  Replacement flat roof

  Costa is a busy man so it can take a little time to get a quote / time slot to do work, but bear with him because my experience is that he started and finished when he said he would, completed the work to a high standard and was good value for money.

  RENEWAL OF FLAT ROOF COVERING, NEW FASCIAS AND GUTTERS

  THE WORK WAS CARRIED OUT SPEEDILY AND PROFESSIONALLY. ATTENTION TO DETAIL DURING THE WORK AND OVERALL FINISH WAS IMPRESSIVE. COSTA AND HIS TEAM WERE REALLY PLEASANT, HELPFUL, CLEAN AND TIDY. I WOULD NOT HESITATE IN RECOMMENDING CJS ROOFING FOR ANY ROOFING WORK THAT ONE MAY REQUIRE.

  New flat roof installed and guttering updated

  I was so pleased with the roofing work Costa and his team did for us back in March 2021 that I asked him to renew the other section of our flat roof this summer. Costa and his team do not disappoint. They work incredibly hard every day. They always arrive on time and keep you updated on the work and any changes to schedule or price. They tidy up at the end of each day and are always happy to answer any questions we had. Costa and the team clearly care about the quality of the work they do. It is always to the highest standards. The finished roof looks superb. I highly recommend Costa and CJS.

  Renewing a flat roof, soffits and guttering

  Costa and his team turned up when they said they would and worked solidly through until the work was completed. He clearly explained all the things they were going to do and regularly checked that I was happy with the work. They cleared up after themselves and left the place totally neat and tidy. We were very happy with the results and have no hesitation recommending CJS to anyone else needing roof work.
