  John did a great job re-tiling our hallway. He provided a detailed quote and clear communication throughout. He tidied up thoroughly after each day and also assisted on another small repair (without charge). John was a pleasure to have around and knows his stuff. Highly recommended!

  Boiler broke down during January cold snap

  Boiler broke down (showing error message) resulting in no heating or hot water during January cold snap. Robert was able to come by first thing the following morning to identify the issue and order the required parts. Was back first thing the morning after to fix the issue. Great service as usual. Highly recommended.

  Replacing shower valve

  Very happy with Robert's work replacing a shower that had fused so that we weren't able to regulate the temperature. It was a tricky job as the original valve was so old, but Robert managed our expectations throughout and carried out the work to a very high standard (including replacing some tiles). Robert is very reliable, punctual and tidy and I would happily recommend him for any plumbing or heating repair.
