Replacing the mixer tap in the kitchen and fitting a shower riser rail
Robert did a great job. Replacing the kitchen mixer tap was more complicated than expected because of the way it had previously been fitted but Robert just got on with it and sorted it out. And no fuss fitting the shower rail but with attention to detail on the height and getting it just right. Very punctual, polite, professional. Couldn't ask for more and would confidently recommend him.

Fit 4 radiator’s and trv valves
Robert turned up on time. Carried work out to replace radiators and trv switches. Done very efficiently and cleaned up as he went. Worked carried out effectively and efficient. Would recommend

Investigating leak and installing a new washing machine.

Boiler broke down during January cold snap
Boiler broke down (showing error message) resulting in no heating or hot water during January cold snap. Robert was able to come by first thing the following morning to identify the issue and order the required parts. Was back first thing the morning after to fix the issue. Great service as usual. Highly recommended.

Came out to see if problem with shower was plumbing or electrical
Have used Robert before,as the service was excellent,after checking out the shower he found it was a electrical fault and gave us information to give to the electrician,there was no charge for this.I would highly recommend RBT Plumbing and Heating.
