  During the time, James was at my property, he was very knowledgeable and helpful. My boiler had a few issues mainly low pressure. I had an issue with a radiator that kept heating up - not great in the heatwave. James was able to rectify the problems. He kept me informed as to what he needed to do. I also had a radiator taken off the wall, as I am decorating. When I have a new radiator, I will be booking James to fit including an electric fire too, when I get around to replacing that. I would recommend James, he is a hard worker and respectful.

  Leaky Shower

  My kitchen ceiling was leaking from a spotlight from the bathroom above. I called NBS out to investigate the cause of the leak. I was made aware of the higher charges for a bank holiday and informed merchants shut on bank holidays should parts be required. I opted for the following day instead. Matthew contacted me before arrival and was very friendly which put me at ease. Early on in the call out, Matthew advised me that it was my bath sealant causing leaks which he would replace. I was relieved to know the cause. I am very happy with the service received, very professional. My sealant looks
