  Taking out a fan and filling the whole and making it soundproof

  A really nice guy, really friendly but he has left me with a terrible eyesore in my office. He filled the whole with foam filler and then put tape and then used filler which was plastered all over the wall - way more than needed and all around the whole and halfway down the wall! It’s so thick that it’s now cracked
