Investigate concern with septic tank

Identifying source of bad smell in bathroom
Almost immediately response to my posting the job on Checkatrade, and were able to attend the next day, despite it being a Saturday. Chris explained the approach they’d take and half hourly rates. This was followed by up by email and text, and the person doing the work, Nick, called when he was leaving his previous job. Excellent comms. Nick arrived in pouring rain and went to great pains to identify the issues from exploration of drains outside, and cleared a big old stinky problem. They are coming back next week to deal with internal blockages, and have advised me and neighbours how to approach the utility company to follow up on their responsibilities. We had a blocked toilet, which I had tried over several hours to fix, without success. The team were on time, polite, understood quickly what needed to be done, explained clearly the options open to us kept and us informed as to progress.
