  Leaky kitchen sink

  Leak in sink got fixed and remained fixed so no issues with the functionality of the job. I raised an issue which the company have dealt with in an outstanding and professional way. Communication of 10 is for Gemma in the customer service team who’s genuine care and attention has rebuilt my trust with the organization and allows me to confidently say I highly recommend them and will use their services again.

  Kitchen Flooding Emergency

  As a loyal customer who has entrusted Imperio Property Maintenance over many years with various maintenance, and building tasks, along with a fair share of emergencies (including renovating complete rooms, painting, and decorating, plastering, and converting outside wood panels into bricks, and emergencies such as water leaks.   AVOID - Took deposit money and did not do the Job

  I paid Jeff £120 deposit up front to install an outside water tap and he did not even start the job. I am constantly asking him for the monies back and I get no response. DO NOT USE AVOID AVOID AVOID. He basically stole my money.

  WORK: Jose’s attitude and standard of work are excellent! He doesn’t just get a job done to a high standard, he is solution orientated and will often see what may work better and make suggestions. I.E. Flipping cupboard doors. RELIABLE: Communication is great - He turns up and gets back to you when he says he will or certainly calls me if anything changes. HONEST: I am often in meetings at home or go out on errands, and just leave Jose in my house to get on with things TIDINESS: He clears up after himself. ADVICE: His advice has saved me £££ over the years. *I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND *

  Jose carried out a lot of ODD jobs for me around my home. He is extremely punctual, polite and hard working. ... He was very considerate and worked around our working day (i.e. WFH work meetings etc). ... He found solutions to jobs that were not straight forward, and tidied up all the areas in which he worked. ... His workmanship is excellent and needless to say I have already enquired of his services again. I would highly recommend.

  Lots of different odd jobs

  Lucas was friendly and approachable from the word go. He was willing to come out to give a quote for the work. He gave lots of ideas for solutions to issues I had lived with for a long time. His quality of work was excellent and he is very efficient. I have already commissioned new work in the new year and would definitely recommend.
