  Overall generally happy, but so many niggles - did not follow plan, did not match colour of existing paving or gravel, simply wedged diverted rainwater pipe against the wall, asked for my list of plants then ignored it, inadequate soil preparation and incorrect specification of plants for shaded area resulting in plants suffering. The artificial lawn was laid too short leaving black plastic edging exposed, the join in the panels is still visible and dips have since developed in the lawn, and although agreeing to rectify this problem, my many requests to do so have been ignored. Disappointed.

  New boiler installation

  Jason came round quickly when my boiler broke down and arranged to install a new one within 5 days, accommodating my wish to install before the arrival of visitors. Very pleased with everything, and will use this company again. Would definitely recommend.

  I had an immediate response to my request to resolve problems with my boiler. Dan checked everything and serviced the boiler and gave advice on running the system. Very pleased with the service. I will definitely use them again and have already recommended them to friends and family.

  Darren and his son Josh worked very well together and hardly took a break. They were always polite and friendly and explained everything as the job proceeded. They sorted things out when some items were missing and completed the job to a very high standard. I am very pleased with the finished result.
