  Fab job done, good communicator, tidy, friendly and courteous.

  Pat was kind enough to call me with an ETA which was great as I already had another workman carrying out another job, so I didn't want them to clash as they would be working around the same area. He was courteous, friendly, works methodically, communicates what's happening, what will be done and why. Pat also resolves any issues with a 'cool head', and ensures all is tidy once the job is complete.

  Gas boiler servicing

  Anwarul was very quick to pick up the job which was brilliant as I have a busy lifestyle & was courteous to give me a quote straight away. He is personable, communicated effectively online and offline. He let me know when he was on his way to mine. Anwarul also had all the ideal tools for the job. My upstairs landing floor was covered, he also wore foot coverings which was what I requested. Anyhow, he cleaned and tested the boiler, checked and bled the radiators, checked the flu etc & he was thorough. I couldn't ask for anything more, I would definitely book Anwarul again. Thank you!

  Radiator installation

  Harrison was ace from the get go in terms of communication and arrival time. He also advised me in terms of how to save some money and this I did buy purchasing the radiator myself. He also double checked my measurements and of course I measured them correctly, hooray! Harrison told me what the procedure would be and the job was carried out swiftly with the radiator working and he cleaned up his mess and took his shoes off when entering the house. I've already given out his cards and should we need some plumbing done, I'll call on him to help. Thanks Harrison,

  New boiler installation with flue/pipe work and thermostatic shower.

  I have to say that Zeshan (Zee) and his team Kadir (Kad) and Owas at HEATSAFE were brilliant from the start to finish. Zee came to quote us for the job and whilst explaining what needed to be done, he also noticed that we had a power shower which wouldn't work with a combi boiler - no one else spotted this! He has many years of experience and you can tell. He was communicative right from the start and throughout the job to the end and was happy to answer any queries or help with any problems.
