  Boiler Repair

  Following the failure of my Vaillant Boiler. I reported the fault to my maintenance contract. I was informed that I would be contacted. Within minutes, I received a call and an appointment was made between 12 and 2. Before his arrival, I received a call from the engineer and was told of his approximate arrival time. He was on time, fully prepared, quick, neat, polite and completely professional. The repair made and area left clean and tidy.

  New boiler installation with flue/pipe work and thermostatic shower.

  I have to say that Zeshan (Zee) and his team Kadir (Kad) and Owas at HEATSAFE were brilliant from the start to finish. Zee came to quote us for the job and whilst explaining what needed to be done, he also noticed that we had a power shower which wouldn't work with a combi boiler - no one else spotted this! He has many years of experience and you can tell. He was communicative right from the start and throughout the job to the end and was happy to answer any queries or help with any problems.   New boiler

  Zee and Cad 2 of the nicest professional guys I have met! In my experience of plumbers/gas safe workers these guys win hands down! It’s not often you order a new boiler and they come and fit it the next day!

  A new boiler installation

  Zeshan installed a new boiler for us at very short notice. It was an excellent job and we very much appreciated the speed at which it was carried out as our tenants had no heating or hot water. Would wholeheartedly recommend.

  Full system flush and new combi boiler installed

  All work carried out on time and in a friendly and professional manner. Good, timely communication from initially getting a quote, then answering any queries we had, to finally booking the work and getting it done. Thank you to Zeshan and his team!

  Boiler replacement

  Zeshan was able to help replace a boiler at short notice. He was very efficient, helpful and knowledgeable. Communication with his company was easy and he sent me the necessary paperwork both before and after the work and kept me updated while the work was being carried out. I would have no hesitation in using the company again (and have already passed his details on to 2 other people).
