  Fitted a kitchen and created a new toilet

  Mike and his team treated our home as if it was their own. I'm so happy with the work that was carried out from requesting the quote through to completion. Mike was generous with his time and helpful with any adjustments requested during the process, didn't show any irritation at the repeated requests to change and tweak, also volunteered amazing suggestions. There was complete transparency on completed work and next steps. Also Mike had one eye on budget and impact, which meant the build for us came in below budget where needed. Mike is going to stay in my phonebook for future work!

  Chris arrived on time and promptly started the work. I was guided clearly through all the feedback and received a certificate confirming everything we had spoken about. Very satisfied with the work and will be using them again next year.

  Fitted a completely new radiator where none previously existed

  We had several quotes (I always believe in getting 3 quotes minimum). Jim was professional, clear and concise over the work required and my expectations. He was able to give me a quote there and then which was refreshing as no one else did the same. Jim provided a date early on when to expect him. Jim is a friendly character so if you are willing, you'll have a lovely chat through the job. He was efficient with the work, transparent with progress and completed the work to a high standard. Even went beyond his remit to give make me satisfied in the work. I will recommend Jim going...

  Wall mounted two TVs.

  Vincent quoted a price before hand for wall mounting individual TVs. He arrived on time and carried out the work perfectly (he even had to cut a screw to size). The TV mounts feel like they could hold a person let alone a TV. Vincent also knew how to handle the different wall types with ease. Carries all his own gear, including parts (the fixtures shipped with the mount were not adequate). Great work and very professional. Will happily use Vincent again in the future.

  Steve was really clear about the work being carried out and very helpful. I was able to leave him in the property and had complete trust in him to carry out the work. Was clear on pricing and able to give me some good information about the boiler that I was previously unaware. Would happily recommend Steve and use again.

  Pipe leak.

  We had a pipe leak that looked quite bad. Called him in the morning and he was free, arrived same day along with the agreed time. Very friendly and did a great job. We’ve even asked him back for a boiler service as we were so happy with his rate and work!
