  Replacing kitchen tap (but it's never THAT simple!)

  Dave from Aston Cord has been really kind and professional, like most of the times: he has to access the space under the tap, and there is a shelf; he tries to remove the shelf, and there is a struggle with the screws holding it; he needs to shut off the main water, and the tap starts leaking; he looks for the building main shut off valves, and nobody knows where it is. Despite all the mess, Dave did a great job, and I have a followup appointment with him next week for the leaking shutoff valve.
