  Honest and Efficient Service

  Work carried out efficiently and cleanly. I had not asked for quote, but for the scope of works the price I paid is was satisfied that I had got value for money over the other companies that I had approached. I particularly appreciated that once he saw that I was wearing slippers, he immediately took his shoes off on entering the house. Once he had finished, he was receptive to further plumbing and heating projects that I have. I appreciate that he was honest when stating whether he was competent, needed support and advice or works were completely out of his firm's competence.

  Making good walls in a kitchen refurbishment

  Tristran and his father took care to explain how they would work to make good the walls. They were meticulous in prepping flooring, work surfaces etc to ensure that only the minimal residual mess. The work was completed quickly and efficiently and to a very high standard. Again, care was taken to clear up after the work had been completed and explained the correct techniques for painting on fresh plaster. Polite and cheerful, they are exactly the professionals who I would re-engage for further plastering work in my house!

  Musa and the team were punctual and polite. They worked neatly and efficiently taking care to explain the finer detail. We are very pleased with the outcome. Although the weather is still relatively mild the house appears to be warmer inside than out. We have not yet used our central heating - long may it stay that way!

I was advised that a second computer merely required cleaning and I was given clear and concise instructions as to what to. Saving the cost of repairing the second machine was hugely appreciated.

  As ever, the Facelift team have done a wonderful job. They kept us informed throughout in terms of progress of our order, window manufacture and installation. The team worked efficiently, methodically and cleanly throughout the 2 days that they were on site.   Paul initially discussed options and provided clear guidance and advice over the most appropriate means of repairing the pond and on-going maintenance. The work was carried out punctually and to budget. Paul and the team worked tidily and at each step of the process took care to explain the next steps and timescales. As well as stocking with fish the team provided some lovely pond plants to provide colour and flower throughout the year. Some underwater LEDs provide a nice finishing touch and give a great ambience in the evening. Definitely recommended!

  On time, on cost, tidy and very knowledgeable. Provided additional feedback as to how we could heat our house more efficiently. Then returned to upgrade a defective wireless thrmostat system that had been factory installed (12 Nov). He supplied replacement parts at well below RRP. The delay in responding to this requeat for feedback was to ascertain the cost savings that he has provided us. Happy to report that our gas bill is now 25% lower than before tbe service and thermostat upgrade. Good job and thank you!
