    Drain checking and clearance

    Following recent storms, we wanted to have outside drains checked as one was draining slowly. Dale came very promptly, checked the drains and cleared out the one which was blocked. He also gave very useful advice about how we could protect the affected drain from collecting debris in future. Very pleased with the service and would use him again.

    Drain unblocking then maintenance

    A great service. Dale was efficient, friendly and extremely competent. He explained the problem, showed me with the camera and then very quickly sorted the blockage. He also gave me sound advice for the future. I will definitely use the firm again.

    Called DDS Ltd and was provided with helpful advise that didn’t require me to spend hundreds of pounds unnecessarily nor did it require any action on the part of DDS. An honest and extremely helpful tradesman from my experience.

    Root removal

    Excellent work by Dale finding and removing a root blockage from a storm pipe. Prompt, friendly and professional service, cleaned up afterwards, and gave good advice to avoid future problems. It’s the second time we have called on DDS and will be going to them again if needed in future.

    Blocked kitchen drain

    Dan came out to help us with a blocked kitchen drain which we were unable to reach properly to unblock. He cleared the blockage easily, but then examined the drain thoroughly to work out why we couldn't reach it, discovered the actual problem and explained what we could do to overcome it in the future. Excellent service and we thoroughly recommend him.
