  Agent was on time and explained everything. Carried out EOC quickly and advised when it would be available.

  Konrad arrived early and we discussed the options available to fit the timer. Once agreed he carried out the work and explained everything to me before he left. Although he had to do extra work there was no charge added to the agreed price. He was very professional, tidy and a very friendly guy. I will definitely use again if I require any further electrical work and would recommend to anyone.
