They were helpful and got on with making an appointment with my tenant to do the work. They fitted in with her working hours. EPC Choice answered the phone quickly, and found an assessor for the EPC assessment within an hour or so. Had an email confirming who was coming and when. The links in the email to check the progress online weren’t working so I emailed them and they responded quickly with the info I needed.
