  An excellent electrician

  John is an absolutely brilliant electrician.He's now done a few jobs for us,from installing pendant and wall lights,replacing a cooker socket and sorting out some wiring issues-all done efficiently and with care. He is dependable,turns up when he says he will and keeps lines of communication open.He is respectful of property and lovely to chat with.His rates are also very reasonable. Good tradesmen are hard to find and I'd heartily recommend John next time you need an electrician in your home.

  House Alarm Repair and Service

  One of the lights on our alarm control panel started flashing persistently for no particular reason and I couldn't set the alarm so I contacted C a T on Sunday afternoon to see if we could get anyone out to look at it.Ben from Bold Alarms replied almost immediately. Ben arrived next day and had a look at the unit, replaced the battery,got it functioning properly again and checked the rest of the system was working ok. We chatted about the possibility of replacing the unit,as it's old and Ben will be booked to do this at a later . Ben was professional and polite.Communication was excellent.

  Replacing guttering and repair to flashing.

  Anthony identified the problems we had straightaway;guttering was replaced over the porch with additional protection for the felting;gutters were cleared and other repairs made to stop water from getting into the garage.The work was finished really quickly.The area was left clean and tidy with all old guttering removed.Anthony and his co-worker were polite and respectful.Rates were v.Reasonable and agreed at the start of the job.We would highly recommend.Thank you!

  Replacing ceiling and wall lights

  Thank you John!Brilliant job done,replacing ceiling and wall lights in our downstairs living space.He was prompt courteous and friendly,and worked cleanly and efficiently.Very reasonable rates.We are happy to ask John back to do some further work for us in the near future and highly recommend.

  Replacing a section of external wastepipe.

  Responded really quickly to my Checkatrade appeal for someone to deal with a leaking seal on our bathroom wastepipe.After I sent photographs,Craig talked me through the options.The job was done efficiently by one of his colleagues who was polite and left everywhere tidy.An efficient payment system was offered,using card or bank transfer and I received instant e-mail confirmation of my card payment,plus a personally-worded copy of the paid invoice a day later.Thank you Chameleon.Will bear you in mind for future projects ,whether scheduled or unscheduled!
