  Threatened to rip up my patio, after I asked for a snag to be fixed!

  Patio looked good initially, but within 24 hours defects appeared including resin staining/haze, missing and poorly filled jointing, loose bedding/concrete, chipped slabs and unfinished areas. I reported these immediately, but instead of a professional response I received messages stating they would "rip up" the patio if payment wasn't made. I no longer felt comfortable allowing them back. Complaint, photographs, screenshots and voice recordings have all been submitted to Checkatrade.

  Laying LVT in the hall way, and living area

  Efficient, friendly and very punctual. They arrived on time, and were competitively priced. The only issue we have is that none of the scotia beading is the same length - some end before the door frame, some covers half the door frame, and two ends are rough edges and haven't been neatly finished - which does look a little odd. They also left their rubbish here for us to take away, we agreed to take the off cuts but not their sample books, metal runners, etc that were hidden in the bags - which has unfortunately led to us not giving 5 stars.

  New gear box and flywheel on a van

  Absolute joke of a company. When they had the van, it all went downhill from there. It was supposed to be back within a couple of days it wasn't and all I got was excuse, after excuse as to why it wasn't done. They never once rang me I had to keep chasing them and lost work when they said they'd be dropping the van off only for the van to never show and be presented with another excuse. When I did get the van back it was covered in oil, and had energy drinks left in it from them that had spilt all over the dash and hub caps where missing.
