  Installation of new Combi Boiler

  I have used Ash for several years. He has repaired our boiler for different reasons over the years trying to help it last! It reached over 15 years thanks to him. He has fixed a pipe leak behind a wall and fit taps. Prior to ordering our new boiler, he was very clear in his explanation of the workings of each one (I hate technology) He always arrives on time and is very respectful of your property. He was here all day, and never took any breaks!! He ensured that I knew how to operate my new Boiler! I will only ever use this company; my neighbours speak highly of him too!

  I have used A.Pugh for absolutely every plumbing need over the years; and would never go anywhere else. Always on time, tidy and thorough. On a Local Forum when people ask for any recommendations, his name always comes up several times.

  We needed our Log Burner thoroughly swept and cleaned

  On time, very friendly knowledgeable Man. Incredibly thorough, he must have sent the Rods up there at least 7 times, constantly vacuuming. He kept shining a Torch up to check cleanliness. Totally dismantled the 'Innards', cleaning them. I just thought it was an empty Box. When He finished, He even polished it all. He sent a thorough report with Photos. I have only ever received a hand written Certificate previously.

  Trimming back a very large Cherry Tree

  Excellent. Nathan turned up on time and just got on with the job. The price was as quoted (and cheap) Bearing in mind I was hesitant about getting my favourite Tree chopped back (my Neighbour Asked) I am very happy.

  Installation of a new Gas Hob

  Excellent as always. This must be at least the 7th time I have used Mr Pugh over a few years. Boiler, Leaks, Taps etc. I will only ever use Him. Totally honest and reliable and He just gets on with the job. He checked my Gas before and after, had to remove the old Hob and Oven and replace a Pipe. Very happy with the job, as always.

  To make good outside of whole of outside of House

  Absolutely blown away to be honest. I have left the work for years after a rogue Builder ripped me off, so I don't trust any. The two Men turned up exactly on time. They covered absolutely everywhere to prevent splashes. They rectified/filled the bad work the Builder had left. They intricately painted my Georgian type Patio Doors, not one drop of paint on the 20 pieces of glass. All Black guttering painted. My house was built 1887, it looks fabulous now. They just got on with the job. I will definitely be using again.

  Leaking Kitchen Ceiling

  I have used Ash 4 times now, and will only ever use him. For the first time ever, I actually trust a "Workman" He is thorough, reliable, knows exactly what the problem is immediately. His charges are very fair. I cannot recomnend him enough
