  1. Delays and Inaccuracy: The certificates were not issued on time, and when they finally arrived, they contained incorrect details. 2. Unfair Charges: After bringing the errors to your attention, I was asked to pay an additional fee to have the same certificates reissued with the correct information. 3. Industry Standards: I have utilized similar services with other providers in the past, and I have never been charged a "reissue fee" . In my experience with other providers, such corrections are standard and never come with an extra cost. It is clear that this business prioritizes additional
