1. Delays and Inaccuracy: The certificates were not issued on time, and when they finally arrived, they contained incorrect details. 2. Unfair Charges: After bringing the errors to your attention, I was asked to pay an additional fee to have the same certificates reissued with the correct information. 3. Industry Standards: I have utilized similar services with other providers in the past, and I have never been charged a "reissue fee" . Very efficient and friendly company

A Trustworthy and Professional Company.
I am so happy with the work done for me. Even though the work I needed done was quite small, the engineer sent was very pleasant, polite and professional. He replaced the batteries in my smoke alarms and replaced the light pendant in one of the bedrooms with ease. He took time to answer questions I had, cleaned up the little mess left while removing the light pendant and checked that everything was in good working order before he left. Lamps not working.
Richard was very professional. He repaired both my vintage lamps to an excellent standard. He’s very knowledgeable and this gave me confidence in his workmanship. Our charges are uncomplicated and 100% transparent.
There are no hidden extras. In addition, all customers are made aware of our rates at the time they book their job.
- Hourly Rates: We do not charge a callout fee. We only charge for the work carried out. There is minimum charge of 1 hour on all jobs, thereafter work is charged in 30-minute increments. All rates are subject to VAT.
- Fixed Price: Written and verbal quotations are available from our engineers, or we are happy to make an appointment for an estimator to assess your job. All quotations are subject to VAT.
- Materials Used: Our engineers are well equipped with tools to complete most electrical services; however additional materials are not included.
- No Additional Charges: ULEZ, fuel, travel times are all included for our 1-hour callout services.
- Parking: Not included.
- Congestion Charge Zone: Not included.
