  Removal of old backdoor steps, replaced with much more solid structure

  Ryan and Franny were quick to quote for the work. Communication was excellent throughout. They did exactly what they said they would. Job beautifully done and garden left very tidy afterwards. They even did a couple of extra jobs while they were here. Great guys. Very easy to work with. Would thoroughly recommend.

  Fixing a leak in the condensate trap and replacing the boiler pump. We had no hot water or heating.

  A Home Serve engineer had misdiagnosed the problem with our heating and left us without a plan. We had no hot water or heating for 3 days during a cold snap. Mike responded very quickly to our request for help. He arrived exactly when he said he would, diagnosed the problem quickly and had our heating and hot water back up and running within 2 hours. Can't recommend him highly enough and will definitely have him back again.
