Fixing a leak in the condensate trap and replacing the boiler pump. We had no hot water or heating.
A Home Serve engineer had misdiagnosed the problem with our heating and left us without a plan. We had no hot water or heating for 3 days during a cold snap. Mike responded very quickly to our request for help. He arrived exactly when he said he would, diagnosed the problem quickly and had our heating and hot water back up and running within 2 hours. Can't recommend him highly enough and will definitely have him back again.

New combi boiler installed
Prior to the job, Mike surveyed the job and talked us through the work - unlike some others who visited, Mike was timely and clearly had our best interests in mind. Then as scheduled, Mike and his colleague arrived on the day and swiftly completed the job. Overall a great experience and we couldn't recommend him highly enough. Very transparent pricing too, great value.

Recalibrating a combi gas boiler
Michael arrived when he said he would and quickly diagnosed the problem with our combi boiler. He knew exactly what to do, carried out the work efficiently and checked to make sure that the boiler was working perfectly. All for a very fair price. In addition, the paperwork was sent through within 24 hours.

Boiler repair
Fantastic service! I called Mike after finding his details, and he answered straight away despite it being a Friday evening. He made every effort to guide me through the issue over the phone, and agreed to come and help me the day after despite not working on a Saturday. We ended up arranging for my boiler to be fixed on the Monday - he was able to come first thing and fixed the issue within an hour. Super reliable and really friendly - 100% would recommend!
