  Porch extension (washer + dryer)

  We hired Shaun to extend an existing cupboard which houses our washing machine to allow us to stack a dryer on top. Shaun did an excellent job in a timely fashion and it looks great - we're very pleased with it! Shaun went above and beyond to keep things clean and tidy as well as keep us informed of any developments as there were a few unknowns about the construction of the porch. Shaun made good on the brickwork gave us opportunities throughout to provide feedback and make changes if unhappy (which we weren't). Thanks for a great outcome!

  Len was efficient, thorough and punctual, carrying out professional work to a high standard to replace felt and batons. This was due to a leak which was discovered. The response was quick and the quote, proposed solution and work carried out was completed in a timely fashion.

  Boiler service and repair

  Our boiler stopped working due to a pressure issue and I was unable to fix myself due to a broken valve. Sam came day-of-request, replaced the part and fixed the pressure issue within a couple of hours. Fantastic all around!

  We needed a wall with a large but shallow rectangular hole plastered and skimmed flat

  We needed a large but shallow hole re-plastered due to a previous owner's abysmal DIY. Marcus identified that actually the entire wall had a problem and was incredibly uneven. A patch repair would have sufficed but we wanted a perfectly flat wall to start fresh with. Marcus did the whole wall for a similar price to the original quote, and did a phenomenal job of it. It looks like nothing was ever wrong with it and we're very happy. Marcus was careful and considerate throughout the job, cleaning up after himself and was meticulous. Thank you!

  Plumbing a fridge freezer with a leaking pipe

  Plumber was quick and efficient. Company had long wait times on the phone (over 45 minutes for one of the calls) It was a very small job so the 1 hour minimum price was quite disproportionate, however I was aware of this when accepting the booking.
