  An appointment was booked and Mr Southall and his team arrived as expected and on time. Work was completed as requested and the price was reasonable. I have used Elite Plastics and Roofing before and their work then was excellent. This time was no different. Highly recommended and to Mr Southall many thanks once again.

  Job from start to finish was dealt with very efficiently and reliably. Following my initial call, they came out to cost the job the same day and I received a quote within 24 hours. I was given an install date within a few days of my accepting the quote. The guys came and completed the job within 3 1/2 hours. All work completed to a high standard leaving no mess. I was very impressed.. And to Stourbridge Windows, thank you… Highly Recommended.

  I was called this morning and an appointment was made for Thursday afternoon, but they called later same day to say they could come today. So they did, the engineer Richard listened to what I needed and completed the work quickly and efficiently and in a covid safe way. Totally hassle free from my perspective, much appreciated.

  Service a stairlift they installed for me last year.

  I am very pleased with the service Ian and his wife Kerry have provided, both at the time and since Ian fitted the stair lift in July 2015. They came yesterday to service the stair lift for me. They are a very friendly and efficient couple, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone requiring a reasonably priced stair lift.
