  Karl was excellent. Polite, friendly and informative. Did a good job and lots of helpful advice. Will never try and sell you what you don't need. If you can do some maintenance repairs yourself to save money, he tells you how - and where to get what you need. Definitely use next year.

  Nick is top notch - he’s friendly reliable punctual meticulous professional- he was keen for us to look for any issues and quick to sort them out- he also finished the job by leaving the place clean and hoovered. I can see why he gets 10 stars

  Replace and reposition picket fence in front garden

  Eddie and his colleague were super friendly, prompt, professional, and a joy to deal with. The work had to be delayed unexpectedly twice, but we resolved this without issue. Eddie ensured I was happy with the new fence position, and showed me the neighbour's excellent drive that he did previously. He demonstrated a thorough knowledge of the work and improved what was done previously! He also sent me two photos and a video clip to demonstrate the completed work. Strongly recommend these guys.

  Shower only produced boiling hot water

  Dominic is very thorough and conscientious. If he can save you money, he will. I really appreciate the research he did to identify the right cartridge for my shower. Whilst a replacement wasn't needed in the end, the information was highly useful for future reference. I would strongly recommend Southern Plumbing to others.
