  Premium price for premium service

  Neos fitted in-line pumps to the water supply to the top floor bathroom of our house, as the water pressure was so poor. You pay a premium price for a premium service. I was very impressed, not only by the expertise of the plumbers, but also by the way that they were able to send in an electrician, a carpenter and a painter, with no delay, to provide the other services required to leave a really professional job.

  Replacing faulty boiler valve

  Marven responded quickly, came at a time convenient to us, and arrived on time. He replaced the faulty valve. We had said we wanted the fan replaced too, and he told us that there was no point in that, and did not charge us to reflect that he only ended up doing some of the work we had commissioned (and presumably he had bought a replacement fan ready to fit).

  I needed the job done on a particular date, and Elec turned up on time, took off the old fitting and fitted the new one with a minimum of fuss and very quickly. Very happy

  Repair and service boiler and mend waste pipe

  Excellent. Luke came the same day, knew all about the issue and fixed it quickly and for a very reasonable price. And mended a pipe which had been badly fitted by another plumber, at no cost. Very impressed.
