I’m very impressed with this company particularly Charlie Robinson who I’ve found to be consistently polite, professional and friendly and seems excellent at his work. He takes the time to explain work that might need to be done and why it’s important to have your annual boiler, hot water and heating service. Prices seem very reasonable too. Neos serviced our boiler in Dec24 & Feb25. They had to install our new commercial boiler back in Feb25. They did a fantastic job and have been patient when I called them ref few user issues needed to be sorted. Many thanks to Zack for his generosity and always being at the other end of the phone every time I called for some help.
