  Emergency boiler repair

  My 83 year old mum needed an emergency repair for her boiler which had suddenly stopped working at 9 o'clock in the evening. Andrew from Planvale Services wasn't able to get over to mum's house for a few days, but advised me via whatsapp on what I could do to fix it. I sent photographs, asked questions and he replied to them all immediately which meant I could get the boiler back up and running overnight while I waited for another engineer to come the following morning. It was hugely kind, and very much appreciated.

  George was brilliant. Came out within 30 minutes and sorted the issue quickly. Reasonably priced too. Before he came out he suggested something I should try so that I potentially avoided the call out fee. Would highly recommend Rockland Electrical.
