  Fit a new letterbox to existing door.

  Hassan came out to my property in January to fix my new letterbox to an existing door. He insisted on glueing it with sealant rather then drill into the door. The letterbox started coming lose after 3 months. I immediately contacted Hassan and politely asked if he could come and work put an alternative fixing method. He suggested a day which he didnt show up on. The letterbox has completely detached from the door and I have tried to be civilised to resolve the issue but he became incredibly rude and defensive. I would not recommend this company at all! poor workmanship and no customer care!
